High Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a fatty substance known as a lipid. It is essential for the body’s normal functioning. Your body produces cell membranes, hormones, and vitamin D using cholesterol.

There are two principal sources of blood cholesterol:

  • cholesterol in the foods you consume
  • cholesterol produced by the liver

Having an abnormally high level of lipids in the blood (hyperlipidemia) can be detrimental to anyone’s health.

High cholesterol does not typically cause symptoms, but it does increase the risk of serious health conditions.

These recommendations only apply to CPTG pure essential oils.
The oil blends and/or supplements are doTERRA products, and their commercial product names are provided.

Emotional conflict

Cholesterol symbolizes life and blood. When it is in excess, it progressively reduces the diameter of the blood vessels.

Why?

Because I no longer enjoy living! In my deepest self, I believe I have no right to be happy and joyful, and this joy circulates badly! Am I living my “reasons for living”? I can ask myself if I worry or do too much, especially about my family.

After retiring, my cholesterol may rise because I no longer enjoy life as much as I did when I was with my coworkers and friends. This can also happen when someone I love and who gives me love disappears. It could be losing a pet or any other conscious or unconscious event that lowers my joy in life.

I often feel unsafe. Dramatic. High cholesterol shows that I’m not fully engaged in life. I’m like a theater actor who doesn’t fully act out the emotions. I please others instead of myself. I’m hyper-altruistic to avoid being called egocentric.

I think my dreams are  unattainable. I am searching for my identity.
